Never works honestly worse app ever if I could do zero star would in heartbeat and if there was a better provider would switch cause of this app
Is not very accurate. Says your not connected half the time. You can't see half the app because it's temporary unavailable.
Comcast went back to being fully automated with the same garbage customer service they had previously been so well known for. Update: I moved and had a tech come out to install a new line. He was incredibly rude and argumentative when I told him he had to go beneath the house to run line, as the lazy way of tacking the line down the side of the house is a violation of my lease. He drilled 3 holes in my wall/foundation before he got it right. Didn't patch them before he left.
I just love the service.
Great app
App won't let me login. First it made me change my password now it says I no longer have service at my address. I definitely do have service.
Can't log in if you move to new address... stupid company trying to go digital but lacks tremendously on customer service
It pulls up my account. But tells me to continue. Then I'm transferred to Samsung. Do I have to also have them as well? I don't want to pay any more then I'm paying Xfinity. Thinking about returning the phone and going with Samsung phone service with my old phone.
